On May 6, 2026, at the Kazakhstan’s Medical University “KSPH,” the project defenses of participants of the certification course “Healthcare Management” took place.
The program is aimed at deepening professional knowledge and developing practical skills in healthcare management, including analysis, planning, and organization of medical institutions’ activities.
The practical part of the project defense attracted particular interest. Participants presented real-life cases and current challenges they face in their professional activities, including staffing issues, organizational difficulties, interdepartmental coordination, improvement of healthcare quality, and management efficiency.
Thanks to the knowledge gained during the course, participants were able to analyze existing problems and propose practical solutions.
