On May 22–23, 2026, the International scientific and practical conference “Human Resources in Clinical Medicine and Healthcare: Challenges and Practical Solutions” was successfully held in Almaty.

The conference served as an important platform for dialogue on current healthcare challenges, the development of human resources in medicine, the improvement of professional education, and the implementation of modern HR technologies.

During the event, participants discussed a wide range of topics, including occupational safety for healthcare professionals, prevention of professional burnout, workforce shortages, management effectiveness, enhancement of medical education, and practical solutions for healthcare systems.

The conference featured distinguished guest speakers, including:

— Abduramanov Rifat Rishatovich, founder of HR CAPITAL, HR technology expert, and recipient of the Order of Qyrmet;

— Meirmanov Serik Kassymkhanovich, Vice President of Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University, MD, PhD.

The invited speakers shared international experience in healthcare and human resource management and discussed contemporary HR solutions, effective communication strategies, and key issues related to human capital development.
