Competition for the Vacant Position of Lecturer at a Department of Kazakhstan’s Medical University KSPH
Kazakhstan’s Medical University KSPH announces a competition for the following vacant position:
Lecturer at the Department of Pedagogy, Psychology and General Education Disciplines – 1.0 FTE.
Requirements for applicants:
higher and/or postgraduate education;
a Master’s degree in Medical Sciences is preferred;
at least 3 years of work experience in scientific and pedagogical activities;
a certificate of advanced training relevant to the profile of the subjects taught, obtained within the last five years;
a certificate of advanced training in pedagogical competencies or education management, obtained within the last five years;
applicants must not have reached retirement age.
Professional proficiency in the state language and English is preferred, at a level that ensures the ability to fully use the state language (English) in the relevant professional field within the position, conduct classes, and work with documentation.
The following persons may not participate in the competition:
persons who have previously committed a corruption-related offense;
persons with an outstanding or unexpunged criminal record;
persons who have been registered with specialized medical institutions.
Applicants wishing to participate in the competition shall submit the following documents:
an application in the prescribed form;
a copy of the applicant’s identity document;
the applicant’s service record in the prescribed form, with a 3×4 cm color photograph;
copies of educational documents and their supplements, with the originals provided for verification:
copies of certificates confirming recognition or nostrification of educational documents obtained by citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan from foreign educational institutions, issued by the authorized body in the field of education, shall be attached to the copies of such educational documents;
a copy of the document confirming employment history, certified by the HR department at the current or most recent place of employment;
a medical certificate of health status (medical professional advisory opinion), Form No. 075/u, issued no more than 3 (three) months prior to the date of submission of documents;
a certificate from a psycho-neurological organization issued no more than one month prior to the date of submission of documents, in accordance with the legislation on public services;
a certificate from a narcological organization issued no more than one month prior to the date of submission of documents, in accordance with the legislation on public services;
a letter of recommendation;
an essay in free form entitled “Me and My Career.”
Documents for participation in the competition will be accepted within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of publication of the announcement.

Venue: 19A Utepov Street, Almaty.
