The minimum passing score required for participation in the competition for state-funded educational grants and for admission on a tuition-fee basis is as follows:
- for the research and pedagogical Master’s degree program – 75 points;
- for the specialized Master’s degree program – 30 points.
Admission of applicants to the specialized Master’s degree program with Kazakh or Russian as the language of instruction on a tuition-fee basis is carried out based on the results of the Comprehensive Test (CT) in accordance with the 70-point grading scale for the Comprehensive Test for admission to the specialized Master’s degree program with Kazakh or Russian as the language of instruction.
Applicants must obtain a minimum of 30 points overall, including at least 7 points in the first major discipline and at least 7 points in the second major discipline within the relevant group of educational programs.
Individuals who have at least five years of managerial experience in positions listed in the Register of Political and Administrative Civil Service Positions or the Register of Civil Service Positions of the relevant sectors, or at least ten years of work experience in the field corresponding to the educational program profile of the specialized Master’s degree program, are admitted on a tuition-fee basis based on the results of an interview conducted by the Admissions Committee of the Higher Education Institution.
Please be reminded that 100 state-funded grant places have been allocated for the specialized Master’s degree programs:
• Healthcare Management – 50 places
• Public Health – 50 places
