Almaty, May 21–22, 2026 – A Job Fair for graduates and students of medical educational institutions was held as part of the 31st Kazakhstan International Healthcare Exhibition, KIHE 2026. The event served as an effective platform for interaction between employers, educational institutions, and young professionals interested in building successful careers in the healthcare sector.
The Job Fair was organized by the Association of Clinics of Almaty and KMU “KSPH”. The primary objectives of the event were to facilitate graduate employment, strengthen partnerships between healthcare organizations, and inform young professionals about opportunities for professional growth and career development.
Over the course of two days, participants had the opportunity to engage directly with representatives of public and private healthcare organizations, learn about current job openings, employment conditions, mentorship programs, and social support measures available for young specialists. Employers presented a wide range of career opportunities for physicians, public health specialists, nurses, healthcare managers, and other healthcare professionals.
The Job Fair brought together representatives of healthcare organizations from Almaty, Almaty Region, Zhambyl Region, Kostanay Region, Kyzylorda Region, and Zhetysu Region of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Human resources specialists, managers of healthcare institutions and clinics, as well as students, interns, residents, master’s students, and graduates of medical universities and colleges also actively participated in the event.
Particular attention was given to issues related to healthcare workforce development, attracting young professionals to the regions, and establishing sustainable mechanisms of cooperation between employers and educational institutions. During the event, participants received consultations on employment opportunities, internship placements, career planning, and professional development.
The successful organization of the Job Fair within KIHE 2026 demonstrated the strong interest of both employers and young professionals in such initiatives and highlighted the importance of creating modern platforms for the development of Kazakhstan’s healthcare workforce.
