The mentors instructed them and introduced them to the daily work of the department. Residents communicated with colleagues, discussed plans for educational practice and interaction with patients under the guidance of experienced specialists. The first classes included familiarization with the work of departments, participation in diagnostics and discussion of clinical cases.
The mentors noted the high level of training and interest of residents in the profession, and also gave recommendations on the individual development of each student.
This day was a successful start on the path of professional development of resident doctors and laid the foundation for the qualitative development of the chosen specialty.
