The faculty members and 1st- and 2nd-year residents of the Department of Otorhinolaryngology at Kazakhstan Medical University “Higher School of Public Health” actively participated in the VI Congress of Otorhinolaryngologists of Uzbekistan and the II Asian Summit on Otorhinolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery, held in Samarkand.

As part of the scientific program, the Head of the Department, Doctor of Medical Sciences T.N. Burkutbayeva, delivered a presentation on the topic: “An Interdisciplinary Approach to the Diagnosis and Treatment of Chronic Rhinosinusitis.”

The presentation attracted great interest among the congress participants, highlighting the importance of implementing a comprehensive approach in the diagnosis and treatment of chronic inflammatory diseases of the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses.

The participation of university faculty and residents in international scientific forums contributes to strengthening scientific collaboration, exchanging professional experience, and enhancing the competencies of future specialists in the field of otorhinolaryngology.
