Our partner — the Training and Clinical Center “Astana” — cooperates with the Kazakh Medical University “Higher School of Public Health”, implementing joint programs for the training and professional development of specialists in the field of medicine and safety.
Since 2016, the Training and Clinical Center “Astana” has successfully conducted training for flight attendants of the national airline Air Astana, as well as ground service staff, in accordance with international standards of emergency medical care.
Every year, the center’s specialists train hundreds of aviation industry employees in emergency response skills.
Thanks to years of collaboration and high-quality training, flight attendants and ground service personnel of Air Astana and Fly Arystan are able to apply their knowledge effectively during flights — and have repeatedly saved passengers’ lives.
In 2025, the Training and Clinical Center “Astana” was honored with the award “Best Partner Ensuring Safety”, recognizing its fruitful cooperation with Air Astana in the fields of occupational safety, health protection, and medical training.
We are proud to contribute to improving flight safety and the quality of emergency medical care.
Through the training provided by the center, every Air Astana and Fly Arystan crew and ground service member is equipped to deliver qualified, timely assistance — preserving the most valuable thing of all: human life.
