



On October 24, 2025, the international certification body TQCSI (Kazakhstan) conducted a re-certification audit of the Quality Management System (QMS) of the Kazakhstan Medical University “Higher School of Public Health” (KSPH) for compliance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015.
Based on the audit results, it was confirmed that the Quality Management System is operating effectively and continues to develop in accordance with the principles of continual improvement. No nonconformities were identified.

The presence of an effective and continuously improving Quality Management System serves as a guarantee of the university’s high level of performance, as well as evidence of its stability and competitiveness both nationally and internationally.
During the audit, the effectiveness of implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the QMS was reviewed and confirmed by factual data — specifically, adherence to the directions of the Quality Policy and achievement of target indicators, including those aimed at improving key university processes. At the closing meeting following the external audit, the experts highlighted the high level of QMS development, the professionalism and engagement of staff, their active involvement in quality matters, and the university’s commitment to continuous development.
