Pedagogy, Psychology, and Social Sciences

The Department of Pedagogy, Psychology, and Social Sciences was established in November 2015 with the goal of training healthcare professionals in the fields of pedagogy, psychology, and philosophy.

The department offers master’s and doctoral degree programs in pedagogy, psychology, and philosophy.
It trains healthcare professionals and administrators specializing in practice-oriented areas of medicine, capable of providing psychological and regulatory support to medical organizations.

Main areas of activity include:

  • Teaching the disciplines of “Pedagogy,” “Management Psychology,” and “Philosophy” at the University;
  • Enhancing the psychological, pedagogical, and philosophical qualifications of the faculty in postgraduate medical education.

The primary mission of the department is to deepen and systematize the knowledge of master’s and doctoral students in the following areas:

  • “Management Psychology in Healthcare,”
  • “Public Health Management Psychology,”
  • “Nursing Management Psychology,”
  • and “Philosophical Worldview and Methodological Foundations of Knowledge.”

The department also focuses on:

  • implementing new psycho-pedagogical technologies in educational and advisory practices,
  • developing new professional development and retraining programs within the continuing education system,
  • contributing to the creation and advancement of innovative theoretical and practical competencies in pedagogy and psychology, and applying them in the University’s educational and research activities.
