Kazakhstan Medical University “KSPH” Participates in the 16th International Scientific and Practical Conference “Kaishibayev Readings”

The 16th Scientific and Practical Conference with International Participation, “Kaishibayev Readings,” is taking place in Almaty. The conference is dedicated to the scientific legacy of the distinguished physician and scientist Smagul Kaishibayev.

The event brings together leading national and international specialists in neurology to discuss current developments in diagnosis, treatment, and neurorehabilitation.

At the opening ceremony, Ardak Auezova, Rector of Kazakhstan Medical University “KSPH,” delivered a welcoming address.

In her speech, the Rector emphasized the importance of advancing medical science, promoting continuing professional education, strengthening international cooperation, and integrating modern scientific achievements into clinical practice.

She also expressed special appreciation to Gulnaz Smagulovna for preserving her father’s scientific legacy and contributing to the development of the neurological community in Kazakhstan.

As part of the conference, Kazakhstan Medical University “KSPH” presented an informational exhibition stand, where participants had the opportunity to learn about the University’s educational programs, including master’s and doctoral studies, residency training, continuing medical education, and professional development opportunities.

Special attention was given to the presentation of the two-volume scientific and educational publication “Public Health” (Volumes I and II), displayed at the University’s exhibition stand.

The scientific program covers a wide range of important topics in modern neurology, including epilepsy, dementia, Parkinson’s disease, neurodegenerative disorders, stroke, headaches, and advanced neurorehabilitation approaches.

Through its participation in international scientific events, Kazakhstan Medical University “KSPH” continues to strengthen professional partnerships, promote scientific collaboration, and support the advancement of medical education and healthcare in Kazakhstan.
