Dear Applicants,
We have made an important strategic decision regarding the future development of research at our University.
The President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, has emphasized the need to enhance the effectiveness of scientific research and ensure that research projects deliver tangible practical outcomes. More than KZT 200 billion is allocated annually to support science, and it is our responsibility as researchers to contribute to the development of high-impact scientific solutions, promote innovation, and address the country’s pressing socio-economic challenges.
At Kazakhstan’s Medical University “KSPH”, we recognize the importance of integrating education, research, and practical healthcare, and we reaffirm our commitment to social responsibility. As part of this commitment, the University will introduce Rector’s PhD Grants for the Public Health and Medicine doctoral programs, significantly reduce tuition fees for PhD students for the 2026–2027 academic year, and offer the most flexible and convenient payment conditions.
We are committed to consistently creating an environment that fosters scientific research, innovation, and academic excellence, while preparing highly qualified specialists, supporting promising initiatives, and implementing projects aimed at strengthening the health and well-being of the nation.
