Sales Training: Two Days of Practice, Skills, and Growth

A two-day training program, “Effective Sales of Professional Development Services,” was successfully completed at KMU “KSPH”.

Over the course of two days, participants not only studied the theory but also practiced real-life sales skills, including:

  • Effective telephone communication;
  • Identifying client needs;
  • Handling objections;
  • Deal-closing techniques;
  • Client support after payment;
  • Practical case studies and role-playing exercises.

Special attention was given to the key principle of modern sales: it is important not simply to sell a service, but to help clients find the right solution to their needs.

Upon completion of the training, all participants successfully passed the practical assessment and received certificates confirming their successful completion of the program.
