In accordance with Letter No. 76 dated June 16, 2026, from the Eurasian Center for Accreditation and Quality Assurance in Education and Health Care (ECAQA), representatives of Kazakhstan’s Medical University “KSPH” participated in the seminar “Quality Assurance in Higher and Postgraduate Medical Education and Accreditation,” held on June 23, 2026, in Almaty, Kazakhstan.
The following three university staff members participated in the seminar:
- Bibinur Kabdygalikyzy Sydykova – Head of the Department of Epidemiology, Evidence-Based Medicine, and Biostatistics, PhD.
- Delmira Bakytbekovna Abdukalikova – Senior Lecturer, Department of Public Health and Social Sciences, PhD.
- Sharapat Markashkyzy Moinbayeva – Director of the Department of Science and Consulting, PhD.
During the seminar, participants gained insights into international and national approaches to quality assurance in medical education, accreditation expert requirements, and external evaluation procedures. They also took part in practical sessions focused on the analysis of self-assessment reports and the development of expert recommendations. Upon successful completion of the training, participants will be awarded Accreditation Expert Certificates.
