On December 5, 2025, another scientific conference was held in collaboration with the strategic partner – the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education “Smolensk State Medical University.” The co-organizer of all conferences from the side of KMU “KSPH” has traditionally been the Department of Healthcare Management (Head of Department – Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor M.A. Kamaliev). This year, the XII Scientific and Practical Conference with international participation, “Current Issues of Public Health and Healthcare,” was dedicated to two significant anniversaries: the 105th anniversary of the founding of Smolensk State Medical University and the 80th anniversary of the Victory of the Soviet people in the Great Patriotic War. Due to the large number of submitted works, the conference was divided into four sections. Presentations by university faculty, healthcare practitioners, and education specialists were featured in three sections: “Current Issues of Public Health and Healthcare” (13 presentations), “Current Issues of Hygiene” (8 presentations), “Issues in the Organization of Medical Care for the Population” (10 presentations). In the “Science of the Young” section, 51 presentations by doctoral students, postgraduate students, master’s students, and university students addressed a wide range of issues in medicine and public health. The online format of the conference was supported by the Department of Public Health and Healthcare of Smolensk State Medical University.
