On November 22, 2024, the international certification body “TQCSI (Kazakhstan)” conducted a second-year inspection audit of the Quality Management System of Kazakhstan Medical University “KSPH” for compliance with ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
The results confirmed that the Quality Management System is operating successfully, continually improving, and that no violations were identified.
The audit was carried out by lead and independent auditors of the international certification body “TQCSI (Kazakhstan).” The audit team was led by Turdaliyeva G.R., with auditor Onalbayeva V.N.
The presence of an effective and constantly improving Quality Management System ensures a high level of university operations, confirming its stability and competitiveness both nationally and internationally.
During the audit, the effectiveness of the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the Quality Management System was reviewed, supported by factual data such as adherence to the directions outlined in the Quality Policy and achieving target indicators, including the improvement of key university processes.
At the final meeting following the external audit, the experts highlighted the advanced development level of the Quality Management System, the professionalism and engagement of the staff, their active participation in quality-related matters, and the university’s commitment to continuous development.
